Green Chiles in Aged House Vinegar Hot Sauce
Named after my cousin, Chechare is bright, spicy and wonderfully sour. We marinate four different green chiles in our House-Cilantro & Bay Leaf Vinegar for over a year - to increase their potency.
The sour and spices will get to you, just like my cousin got to me. Add to ceviches for that wow impact, or your favorite seafood and chicken. So Potent.
