Named after my cousin, Chechare is bright, spicy and wonderfully sour. We marinate four different green chiles in our House-Cilantro & Bay Leaf Vinegar for over a year - to increase their potency.
This 4 oz jar is created for ease of cooking, as we encourage releasing this flavor bomb into your favorite recipes and tasting the magic that is created. 1/2 - 1 tablespoons (or more if ya' feelin' nasty - ) added to a meal for two at some point in cooking process will imbue a bright and zingy sour kinda spicy that brings those beads of sweat to the forehead 😅 . Sublime on shrimp, makes an excellent quick pickle for veggies, and amazing on salads. oh, and did we mention? EGGS <3

INGREDIENTS: Distilled white vinegar reduced to 4% acidity, chile peppers, garlic, spices, celery, onion
