Smoky, spicy perfection.
I keep multiple bottles of this on hand because I use it so often. Not super, crazy hot, but will light you up if you use enough. The smoky taste is outstanding on chicken, steak, and pizza. Love this stuff. Just be sure to shake well as the chili paste separates from the oil. If you refrigerate, put the bottom inch of the bottle in warm water for a minute or so then shake.

From the moment I first tried this "sauce," it was a match made in heaven. I emptied my first bottle within a week or two and spent years thinking about it. It finally occurred to me that I could buy it again, and recently ordered 3 more bottles.
The flavor is so robust and full of life, and it has a wonderful hit of heat. If it had only its heat or flavor, it would be worth having- But with both bursting off the charts, this sauce is an instant classic and a must for any heat lover to try.
