At the end of the day we want you to be happy and try some excellent gourmet hot sauces, and back that up with a 100% guarantee. Feel free to reach out at any time to email@example.com if you have any questions or issues with something you've ordered. We will do what it takes to make the situation right, including replace or refund if needed.
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note due to staff shorages and COVID-19 there may be some related delays - If you have an urgent shipping request reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate you!
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We do offer international shipping, Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Customers are responsible for all international duties upon arrival.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cantina Royal Hot Sauce is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Please check your local government agency for these costs.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
Please see above under "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" - if you have any issue with your order, get in touch and we'll do whatever it takes to make it right. If you would like to start a return or exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your delivery. We'll take care of the rest.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Cantina Royal Hot Sauce, 320 Roebling st, Brooklyn NY 11211, United States.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
