Tomasa has been a favorite sauce for several years, but Tamaulipeka blows it out of the watee with the combination of smokey flavor with subtle sweet tamarind and a big spicy kick. This goes good with so many things!
May just be my new favorite specialty sauce 💜🔥

THIS IS SO GOOD!!! Reminds me of filipino banana ketchup
Holy ****. when I tried this hot sauce I was instantly transported to my childhood in the Philippines. It is so good and reminds me slightly of banana ketchup but with more complex flavour, and the amount of spice is perfect. It is sweet and sour and goes amazingly with grilled meat. Can’t wait to bring it to my Filipino cookout. YOU GUYS ARE A LEGENDS!!!

That hit of sweet and smoke with a yummy slow burn has a perfect balance. Very happy with this specific sauce, as the chillies are not smack you in the face with heat on first bite.
