Green Chiles in Aged House Vinegar Hot Sauce

Named after my cousin, Chechare is bright, spicy and wonderfully sour.  We marinate four different green chiles in our House-Cilantro & Bay Leaf Vinegar for over a year - to increase their potency.  There's actually a Mother Load (think 100 year old Mole or 25 year old sourdough starter) of this sauce from back when we opened our Brooklyn Restaurant back in 2010!

Ships within two days of receiving order. 

The sour and spices will get to you, just like my cousin got to me. Add to ceviches for that wow impact, or your favorite seafood and chicken.   The brightness of this Hot Sauce also counters High Fat foods - think eggs, avocado, pork - spectacularly. So Potent.

Flavorful Heat

Love this hot sauce. It adds just enough of a kick and some delicious sweet and sour notes. Goes great with a variety of foods, especially eggs, seafood, chicken, and pork. Highly recommend!

I love the flavor of this sauce. Originally received as gift with 4 others from the cantina collection.this one was, is, my absolute favorite. Had to order 2 bottles. This way I can reorder when I'm done the first. 🤟

Wow!!!

This is actually so tasty. The spice punches you right away, and does it hard. But right after is such a nice flavor. I can’t wait to use this on pretty much everything! The description is also on point. It’s got a very pleasant vinegary/sour flavor and I love it very much!
