Absolutely love these hot sauces. My son got ne the Tomasa sauce as a gift and I loved it so much I went online and got myself the gift pack of 4. Amazing flavors, great heat. Tired of hot sauces just being hot. These sauces taste amazing and are also a great kick of heat! Highly recommend!
I first encountered their sauces at the Christmas village and after finishing the tomasa in one week, knew I had to get variety packs for myself and others. Can’t recommend these sauces enough.
Compared to other sauces, the multi pack provided nice mellow sauces, more oily than expected and super low in acid. Needing to shake very violently became the only way to ensure homogeneity. I do wish some sauces were sharper but still good.
Hi Chris! thanks for your feedback :) we have 2 vinegar forward sauces (Yaya and Chechare) and 2 low or no vinegar sauces (Tamaulipeka and Tomasa) in the pack for variety. Definitely our oil based sauces are not going to be acidic like a classic vinegar hot sauce,and since we're an all natural company there's some shaking involved before pouring as we do not add emulsifiers or gums.
Hot tip: store the oil based sauces at room tempurature in the cupboard or pantry with dry spices to make it easier to shake back up again!
