Great hot sauce but ...
It's doesn't taste the same as the bottle I fell in love with years ago when I first tried it. The previous recipe had more tamarind and smoke flavor whereas the current one is toned down in flavor and is more one note. Still a great hot sauce I'd give an 8/10, but the original recipe was a 10/10 for me.

Outstanding with flavor
I saw this on Hot ones and I figured I would try it. Why not, I like tamarind in pad thai. This sauce is a staple on pizza, cream soups, and anything I need to spice up and add a bit of sweetness. I always have to have this in my house. Outstanding. Cantina Royal has a hit with this one.
