A vegan reworking of our classic, Tamaulipeka transports you directly to the orchards of Tamaulipas, Mexico.

Tropical tamarind, smoked chiles and earthy aromatics produce a melody of sweet and savory flavors with medium to hot heat. This sauce owes its richness to a smooth oil-blended base. With its bold flavors, Tamaulipeka is perfect for marinating pork or for spreading on a torta, Tamaulipas-style.

My Go-To Hot Sauce

Heat is the perfect level and the tamarind sweetness adds dimension to anything. Been putting it on pizza, chicken salad, and tuna salad lately. It’s currently my all-around hot sauce.

My new favorite sauce !!

I don't like the really hot stuff like my Daughter and her Fiancee does, So my daughter and my future son in law bought me some Tomasa hot sauce and It is almost too hot for me but I like it. I have been using it on all kinds of meals. Then I found the Tamaulipeka sauce and it is now my favorite. The sweetness with a bit of spicyness is in the background the whole time you are eating the meal you put it on, but doesn't overpower it, so you still taste it. It may be almost as hot as the Tomasa, but the sweetness keeps it in check. I've only had it for 5 days and can't wait to try it on many other things. The 1st time I tried the Tomasa was on smoked ribs and they were the best i've had. Now I need to try my Tamaulipeka sauce on some ribs to see how they match up. I'll be putting this Tamaulipeka sauce on all kinds of meats, meals and side dishes. ( it makes mac n cheese better too). It's great that Cantinia Royal offers a variety of "hotness" levels so people like me can still get great tasting sauces / marinades that are within our hotness limits. I will be buying more, I'm using it on almost everything and it won't take long for me to run out at this pace.

My favorite hot sauce

This is the best hot sauce I've ever had, I use it almost daily in my eggs and order it in bulk. Can't recommend it enough! It has such a unique flavor and such a good level of spice.

buying since 2021, the best in the world.

My favorite hot sauce by far (see photo to see how many it beats out)

Incredibly tasty, almost more like a marinade than a simple hot sauce. Rich, sweet, delicious, but with a deep thrumming heat that enhances anything you put it on.

Perfect for adding more depth to chilis and slow-cooked Stews
