Tropical tamarind, smoked chiles and earthy aromatics produce a melody of sweet and savory flavors with medium to hot heat. This sauce owes its richness to a smooth oil-blended base. With its bold flavors, Tamaulipeka is perfect for marinating pork or for spreading on a torta, Tamaulipas-style.
Ingredients: Non-gmo corn oil, chili peppers, tamarind concentrate (tamarind pulp, water, maple sugar), distilled white vinegar reduced to 4% acidity, garlic, celery, onion, salt

It's doesn't taste the same as the bottle I fell in love with years ago when I first tried it. The previous recipe had more tamarind and smoke flavor whereas the current one is toned down in flavor and is more one note. Still a great hot sauce I'd give an 8/10, but the original recipe was a 10/10 for me.

i love this sauce so much, i can kill a bottle in a week. a perfect balance of a little sweet, a little smokey and a little heat. So good
I saw this on Hot ones and I figured I would try it. Why not, I like tamarind in pad thai. This sauce is a staple on pizza, cream soups, and anything I need to spice up and add a bit of sweetness. I always have to have this in my house. Outstanding. Cantina Royal has a hit with this one.
I thought it'd be an A or an A+, but I forgot there was such a thing as an A++
