A great NO VINEGAR Hot Sauce, this Oil-Based Hot Sauce is truly unique!

Inspired by my favorite song, Tomasa is Extra, Extra Spicy, strong and garlicky. She may be tough and extra picante, but like the song says, you will be so in love with her that you won't ever want her to leave your side.


Dark, smoky and a bit of a fireball - she’s very strong. Very addictive. Very smoky. Very black.

Just one drop … isn’t enough for us, but a little bit of this sauce goes a long way

Instant favorite

From the moment I first tried this "sauce," it was a match made in heaven. I emptied my first bottle within a week or two and spent years thinking about it. It finally occurred to me that I could buy it again, and recently ordered 3 more bottles.

The flavor is so robust and full of life, and it has a wonderful hit of heat. If it had only its heat or flavor, it would be worth having- But with both bursting off the charts, this sauce is an instant classic and a must for any heat lover to try.

I bought a sampler pack at a convention over the summer and immediately became OBSESSED with the Tomasa sauce! It's the perfect addition to pretty much any dish to give it an extra kick.

My Husband’s favourite of all the hot sauces

Tried this the first time in Dec 2023 at one of the Christmas markets in New York. Bought a sample pack back home to Canada for my husband and he absolutely loved them all.
