This sauce has such an original flavor! Haven't found much I don't like it on. Favorites are Asian and salmon. Just made a batch of smoked salmon and brushed it on mid smoke and once more. Amazing!
One of my favs, whenever I want a kiss of smoke and a lot of flavor (and heat!) added to my food, I go for the Tomasa. I bought one to start but now it's all gone so I had a buy a bunch more because I add it to everything. 10/10!
A friend bought the “Hot Ones” lineup; many good sauces, but Cantina Royal’s Tomasa stood out for me. It presents like a chili oil from the bottle. The flavor was unique. The heat is solid, but not oppressive or distracting. The smokiness—sublime. I will be keeping Tomasa stocked in my house.
