Tomasa Hot Sauce 5 oz - Featured Hot Ones™ Season 15

We bought a few bottles at the garlic festival in Bethlehem, CT last October. The Tomasa was my favorite and I soon found myself putting it on everything that needed a little kick. It's smokey and garlicky and the "one drop" suggestion is literal; it packs a punch! I still used a few drops, though, 'cause I'm now addicted. I'm pushing the product on friends and fellow spice lovers too. The oil based sauce is so unexpected when you're used to a vinegar based, more acidic flavor. This is more "umami" and i highly recommend for oriental dishes smoky barbequed meats, etc. Make sure you shake it well. Enjoy.

I have been growing my own habaneros, scotch bonnets and other flavorful very hot peppers (ghost, reapers and other super hots without flavor not grown for good reason!) for 25 years. I make my own hot sauces and pastes. I have also purchased hundreds of different hot sauces. This is by far the best combination of heat and taste that I have ever had! The smoky smell and taste, the unique mouth-feel and its enhancing the flavor of the foods that it is used with is truly unique. I just purchased a 3 -pack so that I can stop worrying about running out.

I love this sauce. I hope to never be without it!

This sauce is always adds a extra kick to any food I cook, but on pasta is great. When I order Chinese food. This sauce goes great with it.

Really great flavors on this sauce. It is a good add to beans and vegetable dishes. A couple of drops is all that is needed.
