An instant favorite!
We bought a few bottles at the garlic festival in Bethlehem, CT last October. The Tomasa was my favorite and I soon found myself putting it on everything that needed a little kick. It's smokey and garlicky and the "one drop" suggestion is literal; it packs a punch! I still used a few drops, though, 'cause I'm now addicted. I'm pushing the product on friends and fellow spice lovers too. The oil based sauce is so unexpected when you're used to a vinegar based, more acidic flavor. This is more "umami" and i highly recommend for oriental dishes smoky barbequed meats, etc. Make sure you shake it well. Enjoy.
